Warranty Jobs

Contract Jobs

Attended within 8 working hours.

Billed Time and Materials

Attended within 12 working hours with COD or Cheque as the payment method. Long time customers may be invoiced on their normal account. Credit Card can be used but there will be a 3% surcharge. Any parts used by the technician whilst performing the onsite service call. Will be billed separately. A written quote can be given to you at the time of repair for approval before the technician goes ahead.

We offer a 3 months parts and labour service warranty on all jobs. If the tech has to re attend within this time, you will not be charged if the problem is identical. If the printer has other issues not relating to your previous service call, then another service charge will be applicable. Identical faulty parts would be replaced under service warranty.
